When you employ someone and put them in positions of trust, you're assuming responsibility for their actions.
The principle behind people who refuse to give AP/UB action is that they wont give their business to a company that lacks integrity. Bellagio choosing to not compensate victims is outrageous even if they're not legally obligated to. Even AP/UB managed that, with admittedly less than pure intentions.
But no one will stop going to the bellagio for doing something filthy like that, because no one in their right mind is going to **** themselves out of playing in all the biggest, best games around just so they can stick it to the man.
