I tuned in to the end of the live stream so haven't seen what you're talking about. My guess is that it's a raise to 6.5k over a 2k straddle. Makes sense.

yeah, was confused by that too, these definitely were not straddles, as the initial raises were listed as 2.5k or 3k

my best guess was that preflop bets and blinds were displayed in euro, but the pot was displayed in usd, they did that for Triton games - for the math to add up, there would also have to be some ante

e: euro isn't worth that much more than usd atm, so the ante would have to be pretty massive, like 500 per player - but then the small raises would not make any sense. I'm even more confused now maybe they were not playing in euros, but some other currency, with roughly 3:1 conversion rate? Can't think of such currency, though, the highest single unit I know in Europe is GBP. Fwiw, they played in Cyprus, where the currency is eur, but might have used a different one
