I find these two answers interesting when put together.

There's no "secret"... you just have to put in the time, study, and play a lot. And don't move up in stakes too quickly.

Eli

Are you just mildly annoyed at Mason for suggesting this thread would be a good idea to promote your book or monkey tilt raging furious at Mason for suggesting this thread would be a good idea to promote your book. serious question.

I have no skin in the game and didn't know anything about all this cts stuff, until now.

I did always like watching you play on TV cash games back in the day. I hope the book accomplishes whatever you were hoping it would.

seems to me that the Privateworld account posts at least as much truth as the Eli Elezra account

free Privateworld

This is all explained in the book. Reading English, especially when he first began playing poker seriously was difficult for him. But he did get a lot of help from someone else.

Best wishes,

Is it too late to edit the book, maybe just the kindle version, so that all these other unanswered questions can be explained in the book?

Pretty pathetic by Eli and 2+2. There's a grand opportunity to address reality here: Cole South is owed 40k by Eli.

Eli - you have been accused. Feel free to defend yourself bro! Running and hiding like every other scammer has done to many people on this forum in the past is gross. You're gonna use 2+2 to get some publicity for your book, but then run and hide when a major, super important topic, super important accusation gets made of you? Tell us the situation. The poker community deserves to know what your side is. Falsely accused? What happened?

2+2 - Perfect opportunity here to address a super important topic that is brushed under the rug all too often. How about putting some pressure on Eli instead of saying "Oh oops we had no idea! Sorry!" - How about saying: "Hey Eli - Scamming and unpaid debt is arguably the most brutal thing in all of poker. As a semi-poker icon, as a human being, this is very important for you to address. We agreed to do a good faith favor to you and it backfired on us. Can you now return the favor to us?" Gain some stones 2+2 - talk about being passive jokes.

Cole - Your reputation precedes you. Good luck getting your $$ back. Would like to here a detailed account from all sides at some point, but obv as we ALL KNOW, when a scammer gets accused, they run away with their tails between their legs. Happens all too often in poker and is a disgrace to the game.

Does the book explain how what you wrote was an answer to the question you quoted?

Props on still swinging away on the book promo.

2+2 and Eli still swinging away at the book promo is just so insanely bad. Shocking and pathetic.

You sound SO rustled. Do you have a piece of CST? Do you have a beef with 2+2? Where's the inability to understand chronological order of events?

Come now, my child. It is not that hard.

Looked like Eli was on early this afternoon at 12:45pm. Decided to say nothing. This book and its shameless plug for a known liar and scammer who won't admit anything needs to be pulled immediately. If Eli won't answer basic questions and respond to the texts screenshots that Cole posted, why allow him to continue this farce of his? Who would trust anything that is in that book of his?
01-21-2019 , 08:18 PM
The world doesn't just remove all the elements of itself that you find distasteful.

I don't know why this is so difficult to understand.

lmao - brutal deflection and terrible read.

The fact is that this is arguably the most important topic in poker. The dark side that seems to all so frequently get lost in the muck. Scamming. I'm calling for justice. For the game of poker, a game that I love.

As stated, lets hear all sides! The topic is way to important to not address, right here, right now.

Love your mind set tho AlwaysFolding - fold away bra

I don't really need to trust anything in this kind of book in order to enjoy reading it. It's not courtroom testimony, it's gambling stories. I've got a bunch on my shelf/Kindle right now, and I'm sure they all have some degree of self-serving sketchiness and leave out unflattering details and accusations. It's silly to act like it's some scandal to publish the book in the first place.

That being said, the issue here is that there was nothing written in this thread that makes the book sound particularly interesting, and the most interesting topic raised is definitely not covered in the book.

Was Private World’s accusation that Eli never owned businesses and never was in the Army ever flushed out?
Besides Eli saying he was... Which, kinda seems meaningless at this point.

Hi Always:

There’s another thing I think a lot of people here misunderstand about the book. It’s the story of someone’s life. In not a puff piece and in places Eli’s story is not complimentary of Eli.

Best wishes,
Mason

Well, there’s a picture in the book of a young Eli in his army uniform. Also, the book was written with two Israelis and translated by a third, and if this wasn’t true, it’s hard to believe that all three of them would go along with it. Plus his time in the IDF is described in detail. So, it’s hard for me to believe that this is all made up.

Mason
