Funny Micon never stole a dime from anyone and has an arrest warrant out for him. Lederer and crew stole millions ruined peoples lives and never had an arrest warrant out for them....

Actually I'm pretty convinced that he has a good chance in court if he gets a good lawyer.

Would be really interesting to watch his case if he had a good lawyer and popular bitcoin community members testify how bitcoin is property and not currency.

Currently people can go exchange real money for play money chips on Zynga.
Real Money -> Digital chips (Property) People get to keep their "property"

Seals with Clubs you could exchange only bitcoin (Property) for Seals chips (Property)
People get to keep their "property" or exchange it back and forth.

There was rake for seals chips but it could be argued that it was basically similar to a subscription service to keep servers up and running for games to continue.
If anything they should just say so what? He can rake play money chips if he wants to...

Anyway if he won the case that he committed no crime, it would be pretty good for the poker community.

This is a felony charge, not a lawsuit. For it to go to court at all Micon would have to actually show up, which he has no reason to do.
