I haven't sent FT an e-mail since way before black Friday! Did anyone else get an e-mail like this? I'm thinking it's got to be a scam of some kind?

They have no visible means of support.

9+ months for the automated reply sounds about right for FTP support

FTP.COM does not even exist anymore......I think it is FTP.EU ...I would not be responding to that email.

I don't know about FTP.com or FTP.eu at all, but there is no reason for me to respond. If you read the e-mail it even says "there's no need to reply" I just want to know if anyone else received this e-mail? Curious if it's a scam, although it doesn't look like it? I wonder what's up.

Well, his email account looks like it's already hacked and sending out spam without him noticing so I doubt replying to this will make much difference.

Yeah but it's from support@fulltiltpoker.com which was the correct email for them. Nobody else could have that surely. My bet is it's some error at their end. Wouldn't worry about it personally.

???

Just because someone has his email address does not mean he has been hacked.

My e-mail account hasn't been hacked. Also, just did a e-mail search and found an old but genuine e-mail from FT that looks identical to this one from today.

Check your sent emails you've probably spammed everyone in your address book, change your passwords, scan your computer etc etc etc.

My hotmail account did similar a while back I'm surprised you didn't get loads of undeliverable mails returned too.

That's because you probably don't have Black Card support.
12-23-2011 , 01:36 AM
glad to see their support response time is improving.
12-23-2011 , 01:37 AM
at least when you get the irrelevant template email next it won't matter so much cos you don't remember your question

Maybe somebody interested in buying the company told the staff to put the plug back into the wall and see if things turned on.

I got one from their Nigerian office, asking for my assistance transferring the "USA Refund Account" to the U.S. The nice man just needed my bank account information, and I'll get a big bonus for my help.
