Not certain if this is what you're talking about but Beyond the Felt was a series of documentaries from around 2003 that features the Crew pretty heavily, as well as a lot of the old school guys and the 'young guns' that are now established faces (DN, Esfandiari, Laak, Matusow etc). Pretty entertaining.

My favourite Poker Documentary is easily, Beyond The Felt. I cannot believe it hasn't been mentioned or linked in this thread.
There are 13 episodes (26min each) in total, seven are general and six (6-12) are more focused on a specific player. If you haven't seen this, I highly recommend it.

Here is the synopsis for EP1:

'This is the introductory episode, and will introduce each of the main characters and give a glimpse of their personal lives and philosophies.
Featuring The Unabomber, Jennifer Harmon, Amarillo Slim, Dutch Boyd, Daniel Negranau, etc., Episode 1 is a fine teaser for the series. Candid interviews on various personal and professional topics mixed with tournament game play'

Not sure if this is online to view anywhere, but Netflix does have it to rent. Rented it last year out of curiosity, and sorry to say it's not that great.

Also... if I'm not mistaken, the very first PartyPoker Millions tournament I believe was made into a documentary by Steve Lipscomb. This subsequently was the catalyst that spawned on the creation of the WPT.

Never saw this documentary, but would def love to find it online to watch. Anybody have the exact name of this to search for it?

There is a swedish documentary called "Pokerlandet" where they follow some swedish pros in the WSOP in 06. Erik Sagström/DIN_FRU, Johan Storåkers, Michael Thuritz++.
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0928062/
You can find it on piratebay, but I doubt there is a version with subtitles.

Let's do not forget about 2m2mm (about 4 pokerplayers that went to Vegas for the summer with goal of making 2 million $). Krantz session with Viffer @ep8 was epic.

I heard about someway similar show called '$50k in 5 days', can't find this s**t anywhere :/

Look up "BEYOND THE FELT" its like 12 episodes of the life of poker players about 5 years ago with people like Negreanu, Matusow, Laak, Esfandiari, Harman etc... pretty awesome.
Around 25 mins each. Heres the first one:

Theres also "FROM BUSTO TO ROBUSTO" and I think the same creators are making a new documentary thats not out yet.
Beyond the felt are the ones that capture the best aspects IMO, although is kinda old.

I give it four out of five stars.

I was the producer of this project.

Glad you guys liked it. Obviously it wasn't really about poker so much as about the nuttiness of the online poker lifestyle.

But... the interesting thing is, we have like 15 hours of footage from the weekend and I still have it sitting on a hard drive. Including a lot of ridiculousness like stealthmunk attempting to martingale some video game betting. I'm not sure what to do with it because I am not good at editing, my friend who editing the film doesn't have any interest in doing it anymore, random yahoos might offer to edit the rest of the footage but I don't want to just give them the footage and hope they come through, etc. Kinda sucks having a bunch of good material and I can't find a good way to release it.

It's from 1999.
