They've been going down for quite some time. There are entirely too many collusion/bot threads that are popping up here and its painfully obvious that they're extremely imcompetent to deal with it.

Yeah ok no rakeback has to suck.
Luckily I have RB and I like the software too, it's couple of levels above anything else, stars is distant second in that department.
The lame software of the other sites just gives me a headache after 30min of play.
I have a stars account since late 2002 but I abandoned it recently.
I was very worried about the bot/collusion issues anyway but the french rake dick move was the last drop.

Bonuses and rewards are actually just increasing. The stellar and the changes in the milestone bonuses, and unless you play full-ring, the vpp/h.

QFT, I am a platinum star and what I have made off my FPP's and Stellar Rewards bonuses my "rb" % is 40.3. Also 40.3 > 27 iirc.
