Need to lose a few pounds? 'Draw thin' with the best and join the Sorel Mizzi weight loss programme. 'Ship' that extra weight and avoid going 'all-in'.

Don't be a 'bubble'. Simply burn those extra calories with Canada's finest player. Worried about trying to do up that 'button'? Then eat more 'fish' and 'nuts' and say no to those 'free rolls'

Or simply get offended by a thread full of terrible poker puns.

Abuse for a poor thread expected but more poker puns wanted to brighten up my dull day at work.

This programmmme insures that your double 'gut'-shot straight draws always fill in so long as you promise to runner/runner lots.

Guarantee he falls short of goal...9 pounds in 4 days and only eating greens.

WRONG!

Need protein to help body burn fat and waste...add in chicken or turkey and begin 4 days of harder workouts designed to burn fat or increase cardio.

Not gonna happen....

7-handed at a 10-seat table I could understand.

9 must have been very chummy.

meh, 4 kilos can be lost just by standard weight-cutting methods that fighters use. sweat that **** out. i guess if he is in really bad shape, he might not be able to handle it though. losing 9 lbs. of actual fat in 4 days is impossible though.

LOL. Not strictly the type of humour I was looking for but very good nevertheless. It's possible he may be finishing off the contest for someone else anyway.

No it's not...9 pounds of fat in 4 days with proper diet and exercise can be done and measured as such. Trust me...I've battled before with it and done it for money (for work related reasons) and it can be done if the body is "tricked" into it!

Lose 9 lbs in 4 days? I usually lose that much by skipping lunch.

You are absolutely wrong. You are not burning 10k+ cals a day without consuming food.

Sorry
