On twitter he's admitted it's his fault for his opponent not being able to see his chips, and goes as far as to saying he's sorry, but at the same time does not admit to owing anything, or gaining some kind of edge. It's like, you know, the first 100 of play at a $1/$2 NL game, someone might accidentally hide their chips. It is 100% angle to do it in a high stakes game.

really trying to say it was an accident?
And, he has offered no mark-up stake for compensation. BUT, isn't it just possible that the other player doesn't want anything to do with him? Is he really that dense?
