tbh I think the whole thing has been pretty embarrassing and no-one has come out looking great.

Obviously Torelli's come out looking abysmally

I'm very interested to see if any comes of this new rumour that Torelli scammed Beckley. I thought I remembered them playing together on PNiA and I was right; they played together at the Seminole Hard Rock Casino in August 2015.

If Beckley had a good relationship with Torelli wouldn't he be more defensive and respond along the lines of "Of course not, Alec gave me A++ coaching" or "No, the deal fell through"

The short response makes me think something bad happened, like Alec ghosted and Beckley had to jump through hoops to get his money back. Or the coaching was really crappy. Since Beckley is a quiet guy, he probably doesn't want bad blood or drama so he gave a terse response.

I'm a little biased and my imagination is running wild.

Can someone ask Beckley to comment/elaborate on the accusation? He should at least do it to defend his coach/friend.
