Well, this is categorically false. Since I named the thread I can tell you that he did, in fact, call out 2+2 (not that it matters). Alan was originally requesting chat bans on anyone he thought was making fun of his avatar. It was his reaction and demeanor as a red Full-Tilt member that sparked the thread--not his appearance. This evolved into a focus on his avatar because of his escalation of the situation. He doesn't seem like a bad alien but he handled the situation poorly. If he would have brushed it off this would have 3 replies and be locked.

Not for nothing, but every single interview I have read or seen with Alan, not only is he very critical of just about all of the "TV pros", but he has no problem personally insulting them, and usually is pretty damn nasty about it. He has no problem dishing it out, in public forums where a lot more people will see it then 10-15 people in an online chatbox.

Uh quite a few pro's talk to railbirds go look up the ziggy thread he even jokes along with railbirds same with gus

Fwiw i've spoke to barney boatman and joe bevers quite a few times on the rail and both answered everything i asked but most dont play with chat on

Again you miss the point. The end doesn't justify the means, same can be said about the 'beginning'. You can dress it up which ever way you want but at the end of the day the level of abuse is inexcusable, everyone has a limit and once it's reached you should really know when to quit. Would you do the same to Alan Boston in live play? No you wouldn't, and it's not because he would most likely kick 6 shades of ***** out of you...It's because it's common sense. Maybe you learned something today.

You're right it doesn't matter, at least you have some sense. Calling out two plus two? To me it looked as if he made a half hearted sarcastic comment, I don't recall seeing anything completely blatant but maybe we just think differently on certain things, either that or I've missed something later on in this thread whilst skimming but like you said, it doesn't matter. The very fact that it escalated to the point it did is the reason why I'm posting WWolf and from reading the OP, I think I'm right in the opinion that he only got riled up because of some alien comments. So in truth, my point stands even more so does it not?

I guess it's pretty cool that he isn't stuck up like most the other pros and actually talks to people. Maybe more FT pros would interact with the community if people didn't hate on them or ask them for money....I did laugh at some of the logs you guys posted but I'd imagine he gets taunted a lot in the games and it probably is annoying.
