I have been using my time at home during the pandemic to work on my short stack game as I play a lot of sit n goes online. As part of my efforts to improve, I ordered push/fold charts ($5.44) from the Adam Stemple & Chris Wallace Partnership at http://pushfoldcharts.com. I ordered it nearly two months ago and I have never received my order or even an acknowledgement of the order. There is no contact information at this website either. These two guys have been in the poker industry for a long time, and I certainly expected a higher level of professionalism than I have seen so far in this attempted transaction.

Why didn't you just contact them via twitter and give them a chance to make it right instead of posting here like a huge ****?

My apologies. I'm the Chris Wallace referred to in the title of the post. I didn't realize that I was so hard to get in touch with.

We sold the site where you bought the charts many years ago. The people who bought it basically did nothing with it and paid us too much money, so it worked out for us at the time, but I have heard that occasionally someone tries to buy a chart there and gets nothing. We have had no success in getting them to change the site.

I actually have an old box of those charts that I send people when they contact me about it and would be happy to send you one. Hell, I have a whole box, I'll send two.

I can also assure you that the person posting under MrPoon is definitely not Adam Stemple. He has no interest in twoplustwo and would never get to 28 posts without being kicked off.

i guess it depends on how you define "problem" in this context, but if there was a site that uses my name in order to scam people i would surely view it as a problem and try everything to get my name off it asap or get the site shut down.

Not much of a scam when all the payments are using paypal. Paypal always sides with the buyer when a dispute is filed OP you can get your $3 back or whatever it is think the timeframe you can file a dispute is 90 days.
