Eh, I'm done with it, no matter how noble his plan. Hope Admo has fun splashing around in the pig slop with Annie and her kind.

The amazing number of movie stars and poker stars that joined together are forgotten as we all wait to see what Admo wants to do. The great publicity for poker becomes a story about Admo.

Am I stating this correctly or not?
to be fair this great story you speak of would be a non event oif it wasnt for people other than admo getting bitchy and emailing media/poker sites.

I don't know if that's accurate or not Johnny, but what I can say for certain is that every post you've made has an agenda that doesn't involve waiting to see what actually happened or giving Admo any benefit of the doubt until it's cleared up.

Get off your horse. Or on it. Or whatever you would do back in the day at this point.

1. He is not a "committee of one". He represents all of us the were outraged by UB and Annie Duke during the cheating scandal.

2. He did not "cast[] himself in the center of the lime light once again". AUFA sent out a press release dragging his name through the mud before checking facts.

3. The great publicity for poker has not become a story about Admo. The only people that read pokerati already know who admo, know about UB stealing from players, know online poker is generally safe and legal etc... The great publicity for poker will come when this airs on ESPN.

No, the fact you have to ask is worriesome. I saw the list of names you defended. nice now give us one single reason why we should pay heed to a single one of your insane opinions when all you do is defend scumbags?

Yes, if there's one thing I ever felt reading Admo's posts, it's that he's a relentless glory hound.

Isn't all this speculation about what Admo may do, if anything, about asking Annie or UB to come clean or whatever?

I would like to see this happen in a very public way, don't get me wrong. I am not sure that the conclusions people are jumping to right now are correct just because Deeb hinted at something. Unless I missed it, we will have to wait and see/hear from Admo. I hope he puts Annie and UB in a tough spot, but to say he is holding them hostage/blackmailing them is unjustified.

This is just ridiculous, saying Admo is holding the kids hostage or they will die. It is not his fault for the plight of African children, nor is it his fault they are dying. For all we know, he is doing his part by playing in the event and said he planned on donating. How much have you given to help the starving children in Africa? Just curious before you go off on more rants about this.

Apefish, well said. Mr. Hughes has come off pretty bitter and angry, for seemingly no reason, other than his was a pen pal with Cornell Fiji.

This tournament and the UB scandal have nothing to do with each other. If this is Admo's agenda it's really classless.

Sorry but i'm confused...He had a plan before he won to screw over Annie Duke? If this is truly the case then why make up a story about some charity flunkie bugging him for a donation by the washroom? Also, if you're so concerned about your wife's "difficult pregnancy" (whatever that means) wouldn't poker and bachelor parties be the last thing on your mind...

An anonymous letter isn't a press release. Neither is Nolan Dalla stating that 17 out of 18 players in the money contributed, especially when he never gives the name of the holdout.

I'd guess that Dan Michalski (who runs Pokerati, where I write frequently) had little idea who Adam Richardson was until this email.

Adam may have told Norman Chad lots of things, but how likely is it that what he planned do with any winnings will actually air on ESPN?

Since I highly doubt Admo isnt going to give some reasonable amount to charity if he is using this to leverage Annie I think thats pretty ****ing awesome.

People still making money off of UB should answer the tough questions if they want to be a public figure. Go Admo!

Don't any charities involved with Africa end up as scams where the money ends up in the hands of the African despot leaders? If we wanted to help them we'd overthrow their government(s).

Given the way she handled the UB thing, I seriosuly doubt she gives a **** about those people anyway. It's probably more like some B.S. excuse for her to inflict herself on the rest of us and ingratiate herself with celebrities.

Sam kinison had this solved like 20 yrs ago.

Mother****ing Admo, for the win

To Johnny Hughes:

You have no credibility on anything. I don't care how old you are, or where you've been, or how many pointless, babbling stories you write. You're a pretentious blowhard with both terrible judgment and a completely unwarranted sense of self-importance.

It's one thing if you want to play devil's advocate and self-appointed defender for every piece of poker scum there is. It's something else entirely to go attacking the people who suffered as a result of them without any kind of sensible standard.
