to my knowledge, there is no actual laws about assault while aids ridden, but if "intent" can be proven, then it definately opens up the door to the letters of the law.

DA's love to squeeze the noose, but then again, thats their job.

the whole thing came from a case where police officers were trying to apprehend a man with the Aids and that man decided to bite his lip and spit blood at the police officers to keep them away

Hehe, yeah, Harolobob was hilarious on that episode of The Circuit. He did a show called "Big Poker Sundays" with Scott Huff for awhile on pokerroad.com. He eventually left as he was too busy with other projects. Best poker podcast ever IMO.

yeah I'm pretty laid back. It's a really disrespectful act, I've gotten into a few fights only because I had no option. I really don't think someone spitting in your face is a no option situation.
