if its true, spitting in a guys face isnt manly either and its pretty sad if this gets flipped into more of a bk issue rather than a aj issue.

In this day and age spitting is serious business. If the spitter has AIDS and is aware of it, he can be charged with attempted murder.
I would have had him arrested for assault and tested.

im pretty sure spitting is assault with a bodily fluid but last time i checked you can't pass aids through saliva

i have the feeling the story is blown out of proportion. if it was as bad as a blatant spit in the face, there would be solid news about it by now i would imagine.

bk pushes aj's little sensitivity buttons and aj, the hobgoblin warrior, talks some **** in bk's face and a little spit comes out of his drooling mouth and somebody calls that spitting in someone's face.

thats true, but its the intent behind the act, knowing that you have aids, that makes it a serious crime. regardless, thats the way law makers see it.

to my knowledge, there is no actual laws about assault while aids ridden, but if "intent" can be proven, then it definately opens up the door to the letters of the law.

there is a thread on pocket fives where several players who were at the PCA confirm said spitting. i would link to it but then i would be an accomplice to a crime.
