I imagine the buy ins would be something more like NL 0.01 or NL 0.10 ($1.00 seems unlikely for watching a short video.) I'm not sure that people playing NL10 would suddenly drop down 100x-1000x. I mean they could be playing a NL2 table right now instead if they wanted to play smaller.

I think it seems like a good way to potentially bring in new players and basically feed them advertiser's money from outside of the poker economy.

Bad idea, you'd be diluting the number of players in current microstakes games. 2NL is as low as anyone should go...
