ROW people who have received cheques recently care to tell the issue date on the cheque? Just want to know how long it took to arrive after issue date (I know they ship right after issuing).

Im not worried, but I update my situation here cause I know some people like to know. ROW from Canada in 2nd wave. Emailed yesterday, got this email today:

"Thank you for your email. Your check was mailed to the address we have on file. Please allow approximately 2 to 3 more weeks for the funds to be distributed. If you do not receive the check in 3 weeks please contact us."

Don't waste time asking us - go apply. It even says on the website (linked in the first post of the thread) that they are still accepting petitions.

I received the 2nd check, the one from ultimate bet, amount is so tiny I'm not even going to bother depositing it but figured people would find it encouraging that they are indeed still sending out payments

January 11

So there will be real possibility the check from the same wave to be issued some January and other 2 months later? I asked support about that and the answer is this >>> "Thank you for your email. Please allow next couple of weeks for the funds to be distributed. If you do not receive the check in 2-3 weeks please let us know. We appreciate your patience."

Few days ago they told me 4-5 weeks. LOL
The support guys must be the same that worked in Absolute. You ask one thing they answer like a bot something different.

Getting frustrated with GCG. I'm an American living abroad, but I do have an American bank account. I asked them when I first applied if I could receive my funds via ACH and they said no, because I have a non-US address, I can only receive a check by mail. I was to be in the first round of payments.

My check never arrived so they agreed to cancel it and send me money via ACH. In September, they assured me my money would arrive via ACH in 4-6 weeks. After a couple months I contacted them again and they told me not to worry, I'd receive my money in the 2nd wave.

2nd wave happened and still no money. I contacted them again and they said they'd investigate the situation and get back to me. Today they emailed me saying not to worry, that I'll be included in the NEXT round of payments and that they have no time-line for when that might occur. WTF?

Hey guys,
So on my check it says 'Payable at CITIBANK EUROPE PLC IRELAND BRANCH'. Does that seriously mean that the check can be cashed only in Ireland?

Feels like this is going even slower than FTP. I haven't heard a peep about my disputed claim and they don't have any time frame for when they might get to those.

I am sorry for spamming this thread.

After another 3 weeks of waiting there is still no check. Support also doesn't answers my last 2 e-mails.

Judging by this thread almost no one had any problems like mine. I wonder is this some selective "****ining" they enjoy just for me or they are terrible at what they are doing.

Is there other contact information I can write to? Do I have any other options?

I feel ill never get my money.(2nd time) ****in BS...

No offence but do you email them with that attitude? Everytime I sent an email I was polite and made sure to thank them for there time.

And when they emailed back with answers and I had any extra questions I would again thank them for there time and let them know that I understand if some questions cannot be answered. I had pretty quick replies (within the same week if I emailed on a Monday) and they gave me all the information I wanted, maybe not all at once, but overtime they were pretty transparent.

If you gain any attitude or righteousness about your owed money that belongs to you, it makes it much easier for them to only respond to those without an attitude, I imagine their days are filled with emails they would rather not deal with, and emails they are happy to respond to.

Just went to my bank and it can be cashed here. However, since the check is issued through an EU bank, it's valid only for 20 days after the date of issue. And the bank needs the check 10 days before the expiration date.

Any other finns here who have had better luck? I have a feeling this is an issue with my bank. Still gonna email the AP claims about this but not feeling too optimistic

I got this reply from them. Posting just in case someone else faces the same issue.
