lol Scott Bell had nothing to do with this happening. In fact, he thought this would never ever happen. Seriously? LMAO

Got my cheques! ROW player, Portugal. Still need to clear them but what an unbelievable day! Thanks to all who contributes to this.

What is strange is that the cheques are sent to the address linked to your UB / AP accounts and not the one specified in the claim. Fortunately, I still had access to it.

Same here. Hope to be approved in the next wave of claims. I've heard from a number of folks who weren't approved in the first wave.

Dear Mr. [Sushii],

At this time, we do not have a timeframe for disbursement.
Keeping the faith -.-. ACH should take 3 days. Tomorrow marks 4 weeks since I updloaded my banking information. I did get my $25 check from my UB account but my Absolute account has a solid 5 figure mark

Do they email you guys telling you the check is coming? I'm still waiting on mine.

How are you guys getting checks? They told me I needed to prove my balance and they don't have balance sheets on players. I have ~15k on there, and no idea how to prove this is my money. I don't have any screenshots. All I have are rakeback records.

Any thoughts and/or suggestions appreciated.

Nothing after the initial email confirming the amount and that it would be sent at some point.

FreakDaddy - I just logged onto the site and gave my details, my leftover balance was auto-populated in there and I confirmed it. Honestly no idea how you can prove it - they definitely have balance sheets because almost everyone itt went through the same process I did

Hey bazooka87

Fellow Aussie here

How did you receive your check??
Was it just a regular envelope or did you have to go to a post office and sign for it??

ROW player from Norway, not yet recieved any. Nor have I heard of any other norwegians gotten theirs.

Got this on August 18th:

"Payment will be issued within the next two to three weeks."

October 26th:

"Thank you for contacting us. At this time, your Petition has been completed and approved but your funds have not yet been distributed. Unfortunately, we do not have a timeframe for distribution. Thank you so much for you continued patience."

UK Player
Have now received both of my checks which have cleared so I have my funds. Thanks to those who made this possible, very much appreciated.
I guess we should have known this day would come when Gui started buying up accounts. I always knew he was sharper than me at the tables but I was 6 years slower than him on this one!!

So, my UB account was under an email address that I haven't used in many years .

I entered my petition about 4 days after the Sept. 7th bar date because I was only able to find out about this by chance. I have a petition and control number, but I remember it saying I may be paid at the discretion of the DoJ.

I had $6300 there that I could REALLYYYY use right now, so if anyone can fill me in on the possibility that i'll still be paid out, or anything else I can do on my end, please let me know. Thanks
