I didn't get stuck at all. I had nothing on there that's why I was trying to get you to let me borrow some of your play money on there so I could keep playing on there just for fun. The writing had been on the wall for some quite some time come early 2012, so I would have never deposited my own money. However, I had just gotten back into online poker since black friday and was having a lot of fun playing it again.

Congrats everyone, i'm excited to see that you've all gotten paid and that things are moving along. Also fun to see all the old school names i used to play with back in the day itt.

But for those of us who were not fortunate enough to be in the first wave, does anyone remember anything about the timetable or other information about who may be included in the second wave? Seems to be following a similar course to the ftp remission, but for that one i was paid in the first wave so i don't really know what to expect here.

Not sure if it is pertinent, but i positively verified the amount they had on file on July 2nd, and have no real reason to believe that the DOJ would have any beef with me.

I still haven't even received a message asking for bank info. Here it looks like almost everyone already got a positive response (or even the money), or are there many more people still waiting?
