Possibilities:

1. GCG might still be sending emails and you will get one.
2. GCG sent you an email but it didn't get to you.
3. You weren't approved as part of this wave of payments, and may or may not be approved for another wave.

What you should do:

1. Call or email GCG to find out your status.
2. Call or email GCG to find out your status.
3. Call or email GCG to find out your status.

If the history of FTP remission payments is a valid indicator, your target date is realistic.

ROW payer here.
Two days ago, I just sent my first email to Info@AbsolutePokerClaims.com.
They sent me today a mail with my petition number and my control number, wich I used to fill my petition today on their page.
The amount of my blance is correct.

But I went able to fill my bank informations. I should just sit back and wait now and wait for a new email ?
Everything should be alright, right ?

Yes, that's correct. You missed the first wave of payments approved by the DOJ. You should be in the next wave, and will receive instructions from GCG to provide your banking info once the DOJ approves it. It will likely be several months before that happens.

Also, waiting on approval as of 8/22

Question for ROW players with concerns similar to this

Have any of you been able to get any requests granted/confirmed from the CGC in regards to:

-Asking for the funds to be transferred via ACH within US to a friend/family member
-Asking for an international wire instead of a check
-Changing from a "foreign currency" check to a USD check
-Asking for the check to be mailed to a more reliable address than the one you filed with (mainly to avoid bad local mail service and not receiving the check)

If their timeline is accurate the checks could be sent out anytime over the next 7-14 days. I just received an e-mail today that was my inquiries were under review.

Also does anybody from the FTP remission process remember if anything came with the check in the CGC envelope? Something like a signed letter from DOJ or whomever that explains why these funds were granted?

Was happy to receive an e-mail that my claim was approved BUT found out that none of the banks in Estonia deal with foreign currency checks anymore.
E-mailed GCG 4 days ago. No reply.

Not a fun hurdle

I'm wondering the same. It seems that foreign currency checks take a long time to withdraw if you are allowed to withdraw them in the first place.

American player here. Filed my claim back in April and received a confirmation email with Control Number and Petition Number.

Haven't yet received the email requesting ACH transfer though. I've called them three times since 8/18, and they can't provide me with an update. Each person I talks to says someone will be in contact, but I haven't yet received a follow-up call or email.

I've also emailed the info@ account and did not receive an email back. I checked my spam folder -- nothing.

Kind of frustrating, but I'm guessing I just have to wait until a future wave of emails goes out. #Patience
