Any bank location should work. Account number and routing must be correct. Source: Fells Wargo customer service.

Got the email. My older self is going to spend this money much more responsibly than I would have all those years ago.

I'm simultaneously happy and disappointed about this fact.

e-mail received! USA!

I just put closest bank branch that I use locally as the address and verified with them their ACH numbers before clicking send. No delays, seems unreal! But ship the monies!

Amazing news.

Can anyone weigh in on the tax implications of receiving a settlement of money a company stole from you?

I'm assuming I have to report it as income, but it seems like there might be wiggle room if it does not exceed the amount of the original capital.

Thanks,
Zach

There's probably half a dozen opinions on tax implications, being gambling and all. They're all right and they're all wrong.

I'm one of those who did not receive an email today from GCG. I just got off the phone with one of the customer service agents who was helpful. She said she doesn't expect another wave of emails to go out until Monday 8/21. If I haven't heard from GCG by Friday 8/25, she said to email info@absolutepokerclaims.com.
