Hey Guys,

I submitted my claim very early like 4 years ago and still haven't got anything, only the same e-mail as you that payout will be "soon". I'm so pissed about them and don't know much about US law. Is there any way I can sue this company (who is behind AbsolutePokerClaims)? If anybody knows a good US lawyer please share with me his contact here or by private message.

Good news everyone, I start receiving emails again.
I got two emails from Jeremy, at one he writes:
"We do not have an exact date of distribution at this time. However, we are working with the DOJ to get payments out as soon as possible."
Everyone waiting for their money, please write at the comment section, we should write our letters to them once again.

We should message them as often as possible. They keep responding that company that should made payments epiqglobal.com via bank is still working woth the DOJ.
I was in contact with Jeremy and Bailey last two years and they telling me that payments should happen soon.

I had 5 figures on there and missed the notice, incredibly frustrating because they literally had my email on record etc and never emailed me anything about it and only found out via here and after the deadline to claim

You had five figures there? I think I had two figures, somehow failed to claim it back! Ultimate Bet was Phil Hellmuth's site, you think he could help? (I know, not funny)

Unfortunately I have once lost four figures because of a failed claim, not relating to poker. Looks not even those who have claimed are getting anything, so appears unfortunately to be a lost cause.

It is looks like there is still a lot of meat from people who didn`t made their applications in time.
So you thinking they wait till eat it on salary and vocations and only then made payment? Or they gonna eat other people "meat" as well?

Don't know, remember he was on the frontpage, promising bonus. He might have quit before the storm. Didn't he have an army of people showing "UB" when he came in playing? Probably he didn't own any part of the company?

They got my 10k and in 2017. I was planning to buy bitcoins with those money. At that time rate was about 2000$ per 1 BTC. I can buy 5 BTC. Success story that might came true. Today I can afford less then 0.2 BTC. And some people still believe there is no inflation.
