Just got a neat little cheque from a german bank in the mail :-) "only" 3k, but absolutely awesome to have it all back.
Filed the petition late (may 2018), had a screenshot of my account balance, no known problems with my claim, asked by mail like two, three times since. always pretty meaningless answers until when I asked a few weeks ago. No mail this time, just money
Fingers crossed for everyone who's still waiting, hope is out there.

I was an affiliate who had about $700 in commissions I moved into a real $ player account once I knew what a BB was 
I ran it up to about $1800 and had screenshots etc.
Put in my claim years ago and at first they said "too bad but that was affiliate earnings which don't count". I fought back and said "no it's real money they *could* have paid me and I played it for real like any other RM player".
In the end they agreed and yesterday I got a cheque (converted to CAD and from a bank in Toronto).
Was so happy last night and deposited it immediately via my bank app.
