Can anyone more familiar with the FTP payouts comment on the speed of the payouts here? Still waiting on my claim filed on day 1.

Finding evidence of the true balance will be a nightmare.

Per their website, zeroed out balances can be because you were either marked as an affiliate or had no money on there.

i never deposited money there, but won some and ran it up to 1000-1500

Third wave filed in October after the "deadline". I live in NY. Received ACH today for full amount $8,500. My daughter is starting U of Delaware in fall semester, she is happy!

He asked me if I received my money back from UB in chat on WPN in mid Oct 2017 and I told him I had no idea what he was talking about and I googled it and found the webpage.
Always was on twoplustwo but just view my subscribed threads, mostly trading thread so did not see this thread.

Might be worth checking you are asking about the correct account.
I had multiple accounts on both UB and AP (to get better RB deals etc) and I initially submitted info on the wrong account and they had me at $0. I then double checked and realised I'd transferred the money to a different account and once I resubmitted the info the balance was spot on.

Hopefully that means there's going to be some movement now, they hadn't done anything since 3/15. Last time people got pain in early February and it took until mid-March to get the next wave out.

No one else getting payments? I realize this wave was only 450 people but I was hoping to see more movement here.

Well it's been a month since my last post I guess. Was recently told by GCG it could take 2-3 years to process my claim, and they have no explanation why my claim wasn't initially processed despite it being claimed the first day it was available.

i made the claim, they said they will send me a cheque...never got anything, was 6 months ago.

Just received a $15K cheque in Canada!!!! Woohoo! Part of 2nd or 3rd wave (not sure - filed end of September 2017).

I guess I was one of these 450. I got mine last month. Wasnt anything crazy, $750ish, but represented 100% of my account balance. I cant remember when I put in my request, but I do remember it was after they extended the deadline or whatever.

Still have received zero update on my claim since filing for my full claim amount. Claim was filed the day everything was opened. No reason for the delay, have contacted both the DOJ and GCG.

Of the folks who have been refunded, how were you contacted for the follow-up? Was it by email or phone? I submitted my UB & AP petitions (both disputed balances) before the extended deadline. However, I haven't heard anything back at all. Any time I've called GCG there is no new info they provide.

Nope. They sent me a cheque in February but only for my UB balance (AP balance was much more). On top of that I couldn't cash it as it was supposedly expired, I blame my bank for this since it was only a few weeks after issue date.

So I asked for a wire and was approved, they asked for my bank info immediately. Been emailing them every 5 weeks or so to get a status update and always get generic replies. In May they were in the final stages of reviews, In June the bank was testing my bank information, in July my transfer was still processing, and in September they were, again, in the final stages of reviews. So not holding my breath and won't be emailing them again for a while.

Almost every time I emailed them I tried to ask some specific questions, like contact info of the bank, but they were never addressed. Not that I expected an answer, just trying to get something else out of them than the generic **** but it seems impossible.

This is exactly my scenario as well, GCG has provided no updates since and I have called hundreds of times...literally. I disputed my balance and sent in every bit of info I could find (over 100 documnets) back in July of 2017. For anyone who disputed their balance what docs did you send in? Also, anybody have any insight into the lenght of time inbetween the Fulltilt remissions payment waves. Curious as to how far the disputed payments wave took relative to the wave before it and from the start of all payments?

This is what blows my mind with GCG. There's clearly a reason payments are behind at this point. I realize that they can't pay money before the DOJ gives the OK, but they can't give me any sort of update that is going on. There's no way they don't have some sort of information regarding our accounts.

I disputed my balance but unfortunately my issue is that I had a pending withdrawal at the time they shut down and I have absolutely no way to prove it because they wouldn't let us log in like FTP did. Needless to say I'm in the same horrible boat as you. Unpaid and zero communication.

I applied for the third wave and got my check for over 4k 2 weeks ago. Hopefully everyone can get their money back. I live in korea by the way.

I'm in the same boat as you, and they've called me on the phone, and I've exchanged at least 8 or 9 emails over the last couple of years. They had me at $0 though, tagged affiliate, although I wasn't. So still waiting... ... ..
