Nice to hear some people cashing out (real) funds. I am still waiting, 2nd wave, ach payment, 4 weeks wait or a little more so far, mid 3 figs. Hope it shows up any time in the next month, my whole family will be in town then and we will share x-mas gifts. 3 Nieces and Nephews getting college money and a charity donation, for my mom and dad will take almost all of the check, but it's worth it for sure, it's money I 100% gave up on.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

My money was wired 2 days after this 11/17/17. I was paid in full as far as I can tell. USA player, 1st wave of payments before this "delinquent debt" issue.

Anyone else not in the next wave of payouts? All I get is generic responses when I e-mail them regarding my claim. Frustrating to have no idea what is going on.

They said 4-6 weeks for me (ACH payment) on November 10th. Emailed them a week ago and haven't heard back yet.

Hey i'm in the same boat. Just called them and requested a note up to the project team, something i've done 4 or 5 times already, but just hoping they can tell me more about this 3rd round of payments, and when that might be.

2nd wave of payouts

I emailed them, I expected the money sooner. They ignored my first email about two weeks ago. I wrote about 10 days later. 2 days later they said that my ach payment is known by my bank and they are not sure when it is going to be posted? But there is no problem with my ach payout.

whatever that all means?

Same. American player. No idea why it’s taking so long. No outstanding debts. Was thinking maybe it was the rake back I was getting?

Just got this email. I updated my banking information on November 10th.

"Thank you for contacting us. The payments are still being processed.

Please allow approximately 3 to 4 weeks for the funds to be distributed.

I know the money is coming, but its like talking to someone who owes me money. Telling me wait a few more weeks, every few weeks.

If someone from PPA could comment I am curious as to why it was so silent about UB/AP throughout the entire Full Tilt remission process. The DOJ had to know quite early on based off how much they seized from PokerStars that they had plenty of money to payout both Full Tilt and UB/AP if they wanted to. Clearly, in the end that is what they wanted to do, so why did they remain so silent about UB/AP for so long. Did it take much more than a reminder in the end to have them move on to UB/AP after Full Tilt?

I think you are looking a gift horse in the mouth with that question.

Just an opinion. Scott Tom turned himself in shortly after Pete Bahara was fired. I think the PPA won the argument years ago, but it took Tom to turn himself in to have it classified different or whatever. Bahara probably wouldn't deal with Tom or Tom was afraid of him.

Hi guys,

After years of googling what was going on with UB i sort of gave up and started to maybe once a year do a search on the subject and never found much info.
So today i decided to google Ub/ Ap again and i saw this whole thing about us being reimbursed with a deadline that has already been passed for a long time!

I feel kind of sick at the moment, i have never received any notification or anything about this and since i am not an active player anymore i dont get any poker news.

Is there anything i can still do to get my money back.?

US player that had issues with ACH. I was told check should arrive by end of the year. Check arrived today. I would assume they issue as a batch so check your mail and bank accounts.
