i hope this is true- it would be awesome

during the online poker heyday one of my friends wanted a 10k raise at his job. they said no but gave him a 3k bonus. so he took the 3k threw it on bodog and quit his job 2 week later lol.

I sent them an email today

me:

I was informed I would receive an ACH 4-6 weeks after I submitted my banking info on August 18, 2017 but have not yet received the test transfer to my bank account. Is this forthcoming soon?

response:

Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately, we do not have a specific date of when you will receive the funds. The time frame window is within four to six weeks of completing your banking information. Please follow up with us in a week.

A more worrisome response would be if they said something along the lines of 4-6 weeks being only an approximation, things may take longer etc. The responder is very aware that the 6 weeks has not fully elapsed and even tells you to feel free to contact next week.
