just wondering if anyone has had this issue. I played as Raiderduck on AP back in the day, and filed the petition, had about 10k in there. All good. Thing was, I remember in like 2010? UB ran a promotion where if you played x amount of hands in a month they gave you a world series ticket (or something along those lines). Long story short, I signed up on UB as Maria_Blow. I am almost 100% sure that this was my username on the other skin, and I've attempted to file a petition, but they say they have no records under that name. We're going way back and I've long lost all the emails etc - anyone have any suggestions on what I can do in this spot? From memory I had about 5k in the account.

Promotion/ Rakeback etc is not taken into account.
They should be able to track your other account by your real name (or whichever name you used when you registered)
PS: Raiderduck looks familiar you played PLO aswell?

What's the under over line on date of first payment? I think it's this Friday, sep 15. I'm totally gonna go to Hollywood casino and crush the fish in the 1/2 NL live game they got with a $8 rake.

Over under would be the 22nd since it's right in the middle if the time frame they gave

today is the 25th day since 8/18 e-mail of approved. 4 weeks is 28 days, 6 weeks is 42 days, so between 9/15 and 9/29, although I check this thread and my bank account probably 5 times a day.

+1 lol, they said it goes by the day you submit your bank info, so probably 4-6 weeks from the day they sent the email confirming receiving bank info. I got that email 8/20. So I'm thinking by Oct. 6, that's assuming I dont' get hosed by the fraudulent Treasurey Offset that I'm currently disputing due to either some thief using my SSN with their name, or a clerical error done by FEMA back in 2005/ Hurricane Katrina.... What a nightmare

As a ROW player I'll be getting a foreign currency check, so my check must be well on it's way by now, surely.

where are all the haters? cmon haters, tell us again how "there is zero chance" we are getting any of our AP/UB $ back?!

I got an email from them today after I had to update the banking info.

Dear xxxxxxxxxx,

We have updated your banking information to the details you indicated below. Please be aware that the process has already begun and it could cause a delay in your payment.

Please let us know if you do not receive the payment. The payments should be going out in the next 2 to 3 weeks.

not sure if that 2 to 3 weeks is with the delay for my case.

if not that means they added a week to the original 4-6 weeks

so today was exactly 4 weeks and it seems no one got payed. f5 is right.
