Hi, my name is Peter, I've been playing poker for about 10 years.
I, like many regs received a newsletter about the banned from 888. For a fictitious reason "Using artificial intelligence".
Won $ 300, put on the output = ban. Read the forums, a huge number of the same charges reg`s from 888. Absolutely not reliable room.
In the near future I will appeal with a complaint to the 888 supervisory authority. And it would be good to collective treatment (even those who are justified). Players lost time, money, nerves. What would 888 have imposed penalties and paid compensation to the injured. I will require (for each player) a full recovery, as well as compensation in the 100% of the bankroll at the time the player was banned from 888.

888 UK Limited, owned by 888Holdings, received a fine of 7.8 million pounds for failure to fulfill obligations to protect players prone to lodomania. The fact is that 888 UK Limited did not deny access to gambling to players who made such a request. As a result, players with ludomannic inclinations made deposits worth 3.5 million pounds.

If you became a victim of a mass ban from 888, write your nickname, the amount (around+-100$) in bankroll at the time of the ban, a screenshot of the correspondence from 888 about the ban.
I understand that the money will be returned to user accounts 888, if all goes well.
The most dangerous thing is that other rooms can follow the example of 888 and start massively, without thoroughly, banning and most importantly without being punished!

intellect. "Ready to give everything, even remote access to
to the computer, to comment my game, documents, or what you will find
necessary to provide.
And I'm not going to create other accounts on your site I know what it is
against the rules, I always keep the rules.

As already stated in the previous letter, after a thorough investigation it was decided that your account will be blocked on a permanent basis. The decision is final and all the funds on your bankroll will not be returned and cashed. In connection with the firm policy of the company, we can not disclose the details of our investigations. Any further correspondence on this issue will result in the same answer.
We ask you to refrain from opening other game accounts on sites that are owned or supported by Cassava Enterprises.
Any new game account will be immediately blocked, and deposits will not be returned.

So this situation will not change(ban for no reason) and other rooms will do the same if this is not stopped! I offered a massive appeal, but no one held it for two days. Two weeks have not yet passed since I received a ban, tomorrow I'll send my message to the licensing authority and ask for compensation.

I'm guessing nobody from the UK got hit with this ban??? As somebody posted, in the UK it would be delightfully easy to give 888 a bloody nose if they banned you and kept your money without solid evidence.

Greetings to all, for a long time did not write because there was no news, 4 month there was a dispute with eCOGRA at 888 poker. Today I learned the decision, unfortunately the decision was made in favor of 888 poker, that I used AI. I was returned a deposit, the remaining funds remain with them and the account has been blocked. The end, hands are bound I can not prove anything that I'm not 100% guilty and never used a bot or any clue in my life.

Given the above and in confirmation of the evidence provided, the details which we are not at liberty to disclose, we are satisfied that the operator acted in accordance with their terms and conditions on bot use by refunding the deposit, retaining the winnings and closing the account.
