So rumor has it they’re playing 5k-10k, but not mix strictly O/8. The reason being everyone in the game is convinced that everyone Else in the game is terrible at it and it’s now turned into a full on pissing contest. As someone who’s played a ton of O/8 I find this to be awesome and hilarious.

LOL this is amazing. All of the Bobby’s Room mix games are dead and the 5-10k O8 is still running strong. Any idea who’s in the lineup? Jungle just posted a hilarious story on IG and I assume Antonius, Trueteller, MUSTAFABET, Blade, Hennigan, Gus, Oppenheimer, etc... are in the mix as well.

so i wonder what the tempo of the game is during NLHE. like, do they limp a lot? is there always a raise? are there lots of 1 raise and then everybody folds? 3-bets common? would love to see the action for a few orbits.

Apologies if this is a banal post but isn't half a million like less than 100 big blinds at the stakes he has been playing? If so seems odd to me that he would make a point of saying how tough it was, shouldn't you be prepared for bigger losses than that if you're going into that game?

Good to see Antonius back at it in the $3k/$6k streets tonight. From his IG Story looks like Aaron Katz, Jungle, Ivey, Trueteller, (empty chip stack), some young white dude, and Doyle in the game. Anyone know who the guy to Doyle's right is?

Also its honestly insane that Doyle still plays in these games with Jungle Ivey TT etc... My grandpa is his age and barely has the mental faculty left to play $3/$6 limit let alone $3k/$6k.

The big bet games are capped, so no one can put in more than so many BBs. The biggest pots are probably in limit games when it gets jammed multiway or maybe a 4-way allin in a big bet game.

+1 to the patricks vlog, pretty sure any (at least cash game player) that does it for a living can relate that winning you never feel that elation and almost feels normal, and the bad days just suck so much more than the good days are great. Definitely heartening to hear someone that plays massive stakes and has won so much express the same feelings we all do when the downswings occur.
