When I was in there is was Galfond, Ike, Johnny World. Gus and the totally spaced out Jungleman.

Why would anyone be dumb enough to sit with Hennigan or most people at that table, I guess these guys seriously have very little bum hunting options unless they do entice the odd whale.

Now at midnight Pacific there is one table of 6/12K and another of 4/8K.

There is 300/600 NLHE and the Wynn and the Wynn and Aria both have 200/400 PLO.

Its crazy that people have the brass to call Doyle a fish, the guy is in his 80s and basically invented poker.

It really is incredible how Doyle still competes at the top level. As much respect as the poker world has for him I feel like he doesn't get enough credit for still playing the highest stakes with the best players in his ****ing 80s

I have no idea about the games that run right now and the stakes are certainly significantly higher than what they play most of the year, but if you look into Bobby’s Room on an average non-WSOP weeknight there’s a decent chance to see a table where every single guy is a well known pro. Maybe they just pass around money in hope of somebody wealthy showing up, but at least it always looks like a game is going.

This has been discussed in this forum before. It is like any other high stakes game, but fewer amateurs. Some of the big names are losing at that game. Not all the big names from way back or the younger primarily big bet pros are that good at that stakes mixed games. There are occasional amateurs, whales or not. Also, shot-taking lower stakes pros. You can watch close to that stakes mixed games on Pokergo and see that there are some obvious mistakes.

Matt Ashton (mustafabet) is in there at the 6/12k game. He's the bearded one in seat 9. Also it looks like raidalot in seat 2/3 in that same game.

Gus said the 6/12k was a must move. Move to the 4/8k seems strange. Also on his next instagram he was cashing out over a million in chips. Great Summer.

Richard Yong (or Paul Phua) haven’t been in the states since the World Cup fiasco a few years ago where Ivey and Dean bailed them out I believe.

I believe Aaron “The Blade” Katz was in the 6/12 as well based on Antonius’s insta and the fact that these insane end of summer games seem to always run when he’s in town. Anyone know what his deal is and where his money is from?

Also I would love to know who’s in the $8k/$16k right now and what games are in the mix. I assume we’ll see some $10k/$20k by the end of the summer (possibly even tonight)
