What's his name on Pokerstars?

I play with him on a daily basis, but I haven't seen any suspicious behaviour.
His stats looks fine. He usually open sits high stakes, but gives up the table after two hands of heads up. He's never grimmed me before.

I'm not saying he hasn't done anything wrong and I haven't played against those other accounts, but I also haven't seen anything that worries me.

He and other accounts were banned on PokerStars Portugal.

The story that he tells me and the story that other players tell me are very different but I believe it was due to the same type of collusion discussed going on with ACR right now.

This type of activity isn't something that has to take place 100% of the time for it to be happening. Only the dumbest of dumbest people doing this should ever be caught or suspected.

I had him tagged as fishy months ago after he won a tourney that my friend was deep in, he had an absurdly successful tiny 3 bet %, but I don't have a large amount of data on his play

Yeah, people with almost no options to play online deserve to be cheated for playing, solid post. I guess all the people on Lock Poker deserved to get millions of dollars stolen from them too by that logic?

Im still waiting for my lawyers response on this because this accusations are serious af, I follow Joey for a while and lost all my respect for him obv, this is just so random, I play PLO as a recreational (since Im terrible) and there is NO WAY Im connected to these accounts Joey mentioned, doesnt make sense to post such acusations without recipes of it, feel free to post any proof either in NL or PLO that I did collude or do any shady ****, I open sit nl600-10k and table select all games, at least 5 days a week where I play. The most line-ups I play in wpn are like 4 russians, 1 random and me, the moment I heard this about me I pmed Joey in instagram and offered to get a way to have him shipped all of my PLOs hand histories since I dont track that game, he said he is in contact with the site and didnt ask me for those. This feels terrible because I feel I might lose action but Im more worried about my reputation.
Regarding stars.pt I was not banned, they revoked my playing privileges as they said, and the portuguese comunity knows I stopped playing there in January and they did hold 8000$ from me for 3 months and payed back, while the other 3 people got their money confiscated, I wasnt accused of colluding neither something similar, I could get recipes that I was payed by stars at the time as I was backed at that time aswell. I really feel this damaged my reputation and Im waiting to get some legal advice to see if I should even waste time on this, never been in this spot and neither was waiting such random **** to happen.

Well it’s not random, an unknown account came from no where crushed all the top tournies then sitting at all the highest stakes then turns out you got banned/investIgated on Stars

As I said in messages with you, I want you to be innocent and this to be wrong. You also might have one of the worst reputations I've seen so far as I've received messages from other Portugal poker community members including players with more, detailed information on you and the other accounts who were banned and why. Some of the other information I've been messaged regarded you is pretty messed up stuff. What you have personally told me about your own approach to poker is also interesting.

Played a decent amount of NL cash against the guy, can confirm everything what Mixgrill said.
I would also add that with high amount of certainty it's always the same guy playing NL cash on 44bars account.

IMO to cheat in PLO for fun, and grind NL honestly would be a really stupid thing to do, I think Joey got this one wrong.

I've been messaged by others in the Portugal community that this isn't the case. The 44bars stuff has been the most interesting part of all this. I never really wanted to be some type of person that would have to be involved with this type of stuff but it keeps getting weirder each day.

Why would any player need this? Guilty or innocent I assume this player has already taken most of his winnings off the site and he certainly wont be receiving an incoming suit if hes an American.

Besides you already have regs coming in here saying your play isn't suspicious, lawyers messed up married and gave endless dude marriage anxiety take a cue from that. Lawyers over this is some spazzy ****.
