It sounds like your podcast would be some hard hitting jour alism where the only guests you'd get would be patched up team pros who are told to accept your invitation. It doesn't sound like anything I'd want to watch.
nice strawman argument
as stated earlier, i never argued to change format or anything, just add a little more structure and ask some real questions from time to time, especially to tactfully follow up on something when someone drops a big bomb
conversations tend to meander and drift and go on for such a length of time that it's much more background asmr than active viewing - if for example that bryn kenney wants to insinuate that he's the greatest thing on earth for 3 hours and keep on implying that everyone else is an idiot then you should either get him to delve into specifics or at least steer the conversation to something else instead of just adding in uh huhs like you're making a rap video
and wiktor was promoting, it's even possible he was contractually obligated to make that appearance
again, like most in the thread i'm a big fan of the pod, i wouldn't bother typing any of this out otherwise, this isn't meant as criticism, i just can't help but notice some major leaks that wouldn't really require much effort to change and imo
also, people have been pointing out that grabbing 5 minute highlight blurb from those 3 hour pods like how joe rogan is doing would be tremendously helpful since nobody new wants to click a 3 hour video if on the fence, doing that would be huge for growth - especially since it's doubly help because more regular additions gives it a boost in the youtube suggestion algo. joey's channel growth is steady but flat, there's really no network effect to his growth and a big reason for that is it's difficult to share and spread 3 hour long content among friends
