So happy you're back podcasting. Can you please ask Mike about Matt Staples gains, kg's of muscle/fat gained and how much of a negative impact it has had (if any) on Matt's health.

Just saw the Chicagojoey interview with Jason Mo and I am honestly pretty disappointed, not only that he builds his skin/site on such a shady network, but also that Joey doesn't even adress the fact that they have stolen money in the past. Like obviously not **** at him, but at least adress the elephant in the room and ask for a statement or anything.
Also how does Jason Mo expect people to deposit enough money to play highstakes on a site like that?

I liked the Barry G interview, but I dont need a guy that only banged out two chicks by the time he was 38 to teach me how to talk to chicks. Wasnt surprised his secrets were be a good listener and act like a nice guy. Then he goes off on how you should friend zone yourself when you first meet.

Stay in your lane Barry.... Stay in your lane.

not sure what you are even refering to but i will personally refund any money if you have a balance on highstakes and can't cash it out for whatever reason (unless you are at fault for cheating, violating TOS, etc). I don't have any relationship with any other skins on the network you are on your own there

Is bumhunting against TOS there?

don't know what you mean by "bumhunting" but i doubt its against TOS in general. I know it becomes an issue where player deposits/withdraw costs exceed their rake generated due to game selecting heavily with little volume, moving funds in and out and in that case highstakes will likely issue warning and eventually close accounts that are in the red to operate but at no point will funds be confiscated for that reason. Again I have no involvement with other skins on the network, I just know that highstakes.com is not in the business of stealing player funds, i can personally guarentee that if my reputation means anything.

you might want to take a quick read over the following:

https://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/2...le-5k-1702944/

another poster in same thread:

https://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/s...3&postcount=21

3rd poster in same thread:

https://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/s...4&postcount=42

I thought there was at least one other post about the same thing, maybe someone else can link it

this was done by the network itself

GGnetwork responded to a 2+2er with the following (apparently):

But we would like to inform you that moving tables to avoid playing against specific players or moving tables to target specific players can be regarded as acts of bum hunting."

I was surprised to see Bryn join GGpoker as a pro

Its almost impossible for me to comment on these 1 sided claims without additional info if these posters wanted to send me the full email chain I could look into it: jmo@highstakes.com

second post I assume what happened was the player was perma banned from the network and funds were refunded, then attempted to open an account under the same name under a different skin which caused confiscating of funds. I think this is more than reasonable if the network bans you in the first place and asks you not to return to the network (i think that they even say they will confiscate funds if you try to return), and you attempt to return to the network under another skin.

the 3rd post, the poster seems to have gotten his funds back and just banned from the network for preditory behavior.

for what its worth I think its completely reasonable for any site to deny any player from playing on their network if they determine their presence detrimental, as long as they return player funds. In the example I gave, if the costs to handle payment processing for an individual player exceeds the value of the player of the network, its just a good business decision to remove that player from the network. If sites didn't do this and too much of the player pool cost the site money to maintain, it could quickly cause a the company to start losing money and go under. However, the funds should be returned in full to the player. I am also not in the postion to determine what the network deems to be detrimental behavior or not and it does seem like there is some ambiguity but that is a network wide issue and I have very little if any input in this process.

All I can really guarentee at highstakes.com is that player funds won't be stolen for frivilous reasons. I have no control of past actions of the network/skins on the network and whatever sub affilate scheme that was put in place for these players. If you have an issue with anything on highstakes.com itself you can contact me and I can guarentee that I will personally refund your balance if the network decides to steal your money for a bull**** reason and will likely pull my involvement with the site/network if that happens. I am fairly easy to reach as well and have responded to every email that was sent to me about highstakes.com. I don't have the time or the resources to deal with claims that happen on other skins that is the responsiblity of that skin or your agent/affilate that reaps the benefits of your rake generated on the site. So far for highstakes.com, even though its still in beta, I have had no such complaints and no issues I haven't delt with fairly easily.

agreed 100%

was just pointing out cases to show that GGnetwork considers bum hunting a bannable offense

Lol at JMo acting like he knows nothing about the ****show that is the network his skin is on. If you are playing for any amount of real money on that site you're an idiot.

Not saying the network is any good... but jmo has no influence on it. All he can do is guarantee his players funds which he just did.

Being unaware is better than being deceptive, but it's not comfortable for players either way. The network has been shady. It's his business, and he should know that.

Also there's a lot of wiggle room in that "guarentee".
