I finally got my laptop back and edited/uploaded an episode i did with 2p2 end boss David Sklansky I really enjoyed chatting with him and he is the one responsible for sending me on a crusade to get the term fish changed to fun player. We talk about his history as an author, 2p2, women, more women (i thought he was really into women lol) and various other subjects.

Can't wait for the Jungleman episode, big up for getting him on!

I know I'm in the vast minority, and I will probably be ridiculed for my opinion, but the Sklansky episode was my favorite podcast by far. What a fascinating person.

I was raised to believe that gamblers are evil people. But this episode proved beyond a reasonable doubt that poker culture is, if not beneficent, purely rational.

In Sklansky's case, maybe we can take it a step further toward beneficence. If you could distill the pride in Sklansky's voice when you mentioned his boy Mat talking you off the ledge during your downswing (along with the census taking tale in Harlem) and pour those precious drops of liquid mercy down Sheldon Adelson's decency-parched throat, you might change the course of US Politics forever.

You have a way to go before you have the interviewing skills of Larry King, but great job Joey. I might lay off the LSD and martinis before posting next time as a result of David Sklansky's wisdom.

Probably not the best ep to listen to if you're not familiar w/ the online plo world tho

Also listened to first hr of Alexei Martov/Magic Ninja podcast and thought it was just ok. If I had to pinpoint what was wrong w/ it, I think it was Martin being overly vague and rambling in his responses. Was the second half of the podcast any better?

Stoked for Jungleman tonight but now equally excited for the Jimmy podcast after reading the thread above. I'd be really interested to hear about his grad school grind and work life nowadays.

I have friends who are in hiding while going to Booth and he seemingly Yolo'd his was through everything.
