I think we should wait what TC from da UB has to say. He's a highstakes bumhunter in feminism and in HUNL. Also I've heard he has seen some yootoob vidz on the issue.

There's plenty of flavors of feminist who lie between the "equal rights on paper" camp and the "abolish gender in society" radical camp. I'd describe my brand of feminism as saying that women face a package of institutional and social barriers towards equal opportunity in a lot of the high-prestige/high-pay positions in US society, and that this is a bad thing.

Women have to have the babies. If institutions (public or private) don't provide sufficient counter-incentives, then women are slightly less competitive in the economic sense than men. I prefer to live in a society with a more level playing field because having children is a public good which shouldn't be paid for disproportionately by the baby-havers. I'd lump this under institutional barrier because it seems possible to legislate a better system to fix the problem.

The cultural barrier stuff is murkier. Some examples include implicit bias in math and sciences, high prestige jobs, business etc. Stuff like this (http://blogs.discovermagazine.com/co.../#.Vpx8PfkrIuV) sure makes it seem like well intentioned people in the sciences are making it harder to succeed as an equally qualified female. Same with stuff like this in orchestras pre 1980s (https://www.theguardian.com/women-in...as-gender-bias). Let's add to the data the anthropological observation that the women trying to make it in these fields often say they get regularly harassed for no reason and I don't see why they'd all be making it up. The issue with this stuff though is that culture is highly contextual and can be bound up with all kinds of things. For example, being short might be just as -EV as being a woman in certain contexts, e.g., (http://gladwell.com/blink/why-do-we-love-tall-men/), and women are shorter than men too. Of course there are plenty of contexts where being a man is -EV. I don't think the male massage therapists at the Rio are making too much money this summer! The implicit bias literature and how it relates to culture is all really complicated, but I think it's fairly safe to say that the power positions in our society are on average tougher to attain for women than men and some of that gap is related to bias that has nothing to do with merit (even in the economic sense of merit as described in the institutional barrier argument made earlier).

The original idea I had for video blogs during WSOP was more interactive with more guests but once the 8am nights began that plan sorta went by the wayside. I had the same idea going into last year of taking people on the journey with me during the WSOP but with some of the things I was getting into, probably wouldn't have been GTO. I do like these video blogs because I think it takes shows people a bit about what the experience during the WSOP is like for me (out of line) but ideally in the future I will make these version of video blogs that accompany trips more in depth. I imagine it will only get more out of line in the future years. I'm going to do a podcast on PLO TOURNAMENTS only , I would like to play more but i don't think many more exist. I'm already back to the online cash grind and will be sticking to that for the foreseeable future.

Well best of luck boss and hopefully that podcast run good keeps going strong. Also maybe sharing some of these crazy stories from WSOP on a pod/vlog would be pretty fun to watch.

Enjoying the Ingram Fenix Poker Papi Combo, its a nice idea to keep those of whom have left the online poker scene in touch with NVG topics etc.

Construct a real life or virtual green screen set asap imo. Also needs a balanced range of skit:news/views/gossip to the point where your doing your own editing. with seamless transitioning. Time consuming i know but if your gonna do it properly might as well do it yourselves, get some coaching from other casters who do it well imo. If you can operate HEM2 you can learn to edit a video, cut to screenshots, insert thread posts, tweets, other media etc. Easy game. Also more weapons and rapping please. get some guests on etc.

P.S. Pls stay independent and say **** no to a sponsor, if you do get a sponsor please please please flame the **** out of your sponsor on a regular basis and have this in your contract, pewdiepie-warner bros comes to mind-his line should've been to out all teh ridiculous points in his contract and flame the **** out of WB plus do the contract obligatory stuff but point out he has to do it... you keep your credibility, transparency and independence that way... and get paid extortionately so you can buy sword props and furniture.

Don't regret it Saucery, the wise have a responsibility to post **** like that imo based on your position within the community to positively influence a lot of lost degens given what you done achieved in poker.

Do it more and let it all hang out... add the odd flame or obligatory cuss too

We will get OTB on before we both die papis

Uploaded a new video from the Upswing Poker party at the Encore with a bunch of guest cameos in it. I tried a new style of making this video and will probably go with something similar in the future. Learning more about making videos like this will help me out a bunch with some ideas I have in my head.
