You need to up your production value bruh, check out some of the video game shows on twitch.

Lap top camera aimed up your nose is pretty tough to watch.

Our hero sticky rice- uses a professional quality mic and has 2-3 camera angles setup.

Even jnandez has a better set up, with a quality mic and two cameras.

Will be on in about 2 hours with Bambooeater. He plays up to 50/100 HUNL on Pokerstars. J-Mo said during our podcast yesterday he might be top 10-15 right now on an updated power rankings list. We used to live together when we both played small/mid stakes so I am curious what he recalls about me back in those times. This should be a good chance for people out there to learn more about him as I don't think he has done anything like this before

I think 2 cameras using of a "radio booth" angle (looking kind of down at you) and a higher quality mic would add alot of value.

Also not being able to see the questions might help etc.

My woman watches alot of twitch but she couldn't come up with a good example since alot of it is vlogs.

Going to do some setup editing and make it more GTO. I think I have a pretty standard high quality mic but my setup in terms of placement for it probably is not best. When I did the dual stream yesterday, I didn't mind people seeing the questions, it was a behind the scenes type of look for it as I don't really stream actual casts on Twitch. But I can do some work to make it more GTO which I will do Thanks for the suggestions

"Keeping it real" and stating something like "Poker is dead" which is so much speculative and complex statement that just cannot be generalized for all aspects of online poker is not the same in my humble opinion.
And that is what it is, personal opinions! As long as I take that under consideration I liked to hear what Jason Mo had to say and his opinions on things from his perspective, but overall the negativity and wibe I got off someone who supposedly is filthy rich and can do whatever he wants is just a perfect example for me that money does not make everybody happy, especially if you are "keeping it real". I am a bit pessimistic myself and that podcast really dampened my mood. I was relieved when it was over, but it made me think. So I don't feel like it was a waste of time.

Good luck on getting unbanned from Aria/Bellagio by the way Jason!

I liked the bamboo-cast for completely different reasons, because of another way of "keeping it real".

Anyway Joey, thanks for continueing this project and I hope you can grow something longterm sustainable from it that is a win/win for everyone involved, even if they are just a listener like myself.

At all the highstakes crusher who despise twitch as information-leakage and -ev:
You could connect with people just by streaming homegames or not what you are regularly doing on stars if you want to put yourself out there and attract oppertunities without giving up information that could damage you.

Everyone was happy that Stars signed the Ronaldos and Neymar, I bet a ton of folks could be motivated to see some of the crusher royality stream for the purpose of improving their profile and become interesting for sponsorships/affiliation and other oppertunities.

I think twitch is an oppertunity and everyone can either ignore it or ride it who is a name in online poker. Just my personal opinion!

I would consider myself one of the most successful poker players, but by no means am i "filthy rich" being able to do do whatever I want (although people will have different definitions of filthy rich). I am very happy with my life, I have the opportunity to play a game I enjoy at the highest level as a profession. I have loved playing games ever since I was a kid and couldn't really think of a better job. I get to travel the world, never have to set an alarm, wear a tie or report to a boss.

I talk about this a lot but, the concerns i express for the future of poker don't really hurt me as much as they hurt the rest of the poker playing community, especially the weaker lower stakes regs that are currently professional players. I do believe that poker sites, especially pokerstars, are going to squeeze and marginalize winning players profits as much as possible in order to increase there own bottom line. They have already done stuff like increase rake, reduce the vip program, eliminate the vip program for live events, add games with less of a skill edge like spin and gos, add casino games/sportsbook etc.

The whole thing that happened to me in Barcelona is a pretty good example of the pokerstars just not giving a **** about the security and legitimacy of their games. The only response I have gotten was Lee Jones calling me a liar.

Will be live at 2pm est/2 hours from now with Esther Brady aka Etay! Esther plays primarily live tournaments and mixed games and this might make the feminists mad but is the #1 female in the GPI right now I met her out in vegas during the series in a pool and she gave me a hat which makes me look some type of way when I wear it.
