Had to make a video on the ACR software and refund disaster. I've seen so many people trying to get their refunds through Twitter and 2p2. I can't imagine how many people that don't have use either are being ****ed on refunds or unaware how much money they should be refunded in the first place.

Got the captcha today but I was on 7 tables... The captcha couldn't load quick enough and I was mid hand on a couple of the tables... Also once it did load and after I clicked the "I'm not a robot," boxes... The captcha test shifted in each table window (upwards) so it was impossible for me to select the correct images.

Completely irresponsible.

He is voicing legitimate concerns regarding how ACR is handling their broken software misallocating player funds.

He's talking about a poker site that allowed cheating to go on for a decade. He might have done some things hastily but someone needs to make some noise about the BS WPN does. The site is just a cluster**** and it's amazing that such armature hour BS is going on at a site site that has been around since 2001.


Just the "enter button" glitch where you type in chat, hit enter and at the table it makes you bet/raise. There was one individual that lit something like $1k+ on fire alone in one instance if I remember correctly.

The way ACR has handled almost everything is completely irresponsible.

I think making videos like this is good for a few reasons.

1. It draws awareness once again that you shouldn't be playing on ACR. I wouldn't recommend the site to anyone if they want to try to cash out more money than they put in.

2. It lets others out there know how they can get a refund if they are missing money or if they were screwed over by the tournament refund glitch.

3. It hopefully gets ACR to clean this ****ing bull**** up at a faster rate.

4. It expedites the process of refunds for current players who have been in contact w/ support but have gotten nowhere.

5. Who knows what the new software will have the capability of detecting/not detecting when it comes to proper refunds. I would imagine there will be many unaware players who never realize they lost money or are missing money. I don't have faith in ACR. If this was going to take place, hopefully this video will get them to work harder to prevent that from happening.

6. No one else really gives a **** about this, no one in the community speaks up about bull**** like this. No one wants to put themselves out there and deal w/ any backlash that comes from doing it or cares enough/knowledgeable enough about it to want to speak on about it. The community is full of people only looking out for themselves and the corporation that they work for.

I could go on and on about this.

When 100+ people are mentioning me or sending me messages wanting me to talk about what is happening w/ ACR software & refunds it's clearly something a small subsection of the poker community wants to hear more on and they are very upset about.

It's an illegal poker site offering play to American players, ACR is the definition of irresponsible.

I think I've handled this much nicer than Doug aka one of the only other people willing to speak out about this type of **** w/ poker sites would.

If somebody feels like it is irresponsible, that is fine, you are entitled to think what you want to think. I don't see anyone else trying to do anything about it.

Either way, I don't plan to speak much about ACR for the foreseeable future. If someone chooses to play on ACR, that is the risk they will take. I've tried to bring enough awareness to what is going on. This issue tilts me more than anything else, I can't believe more people don't speak up loudly about it. It blows my mind.

It's funny, the same people who are crying that Joey's only motivation for making this video is for clicks also have an ulterior motive of their own; they don't want to scare any more players off of that **** show of a website.

Not everyone is being refunded as they say. The reps I've spoken with at ACR still won't own up to the fact that they owe me about $100. This is less than half of a buy in at most games I play. A trivial amount of money. And you know what? I'm not going to keep chasing it. I'm happy to close my account and move over to Global. **** ACR.

Thinking I made this video for views is one of the most lol things I can think of, the general poker audience doesn't give a **** about this. I could make 15 different types of videos that will get 2-15x the views or do a podcast w/ just about anyone that will be watched more.


And, I agree w/ you Beast. If you look at the people who are upset about this which is very few and far between, they are very active supporters/players of ACR. They want people to continue to play on the site.

No doubt. I should change around the wording of my post as I do not agree with the "for clicks" comments. I just found it ironic that those who say you have an agenda have an agenda of their own.

It is clear that those pointing the finger are not regular viewers of your channel. If you were only interested in views and monetization you'd do more MMA stuff
