Seriously seems like the only thing banning online poker does is create an environment for scummy, scammy, shady sites that will do anything to rip off hard working players. First the NYPK bull****, and now this bull****?
Declaring any demand for a product or service 'illegal' always just creates a black market for that product or service ---> see marijuana, drugs, alcohol during prohibition. The whole point of lobbying even is to create a legal, transparent system for illuminating bribes in politics. At least legislatures in many states have wisened up to allowing regulated marijuana, alcohol, and lobbying.
It's time for regulated, legal sites to get up and running across the globe, so that players can feel safe when playing online..
