I really wish this were true, but I think it is a little naive. In this country at least, success usually goes to the most personable and socially capable. Accept for the outliers, america is all about the genetic upper middle class. I am not talking about acting like a cheeseball, but it is beneficial to fit in with the average 300K a year Bellagio guest if you want to get real action.

I'd suggest the possibility that 10/20 NL fish are not a representative sample of the upper class. Most rich people I've met wouldn't think of overpaying for a luxury car or flying first class much less blowing 10K a month on a card game with a bunch of degenerates.

I just had a few drinks off off-strip ofcourse with some old school grinders and i have to say....goodtimes great ffen line-up .I sat back a listened to some great stories and pondered ...how much have these guys given back to society none joined the workforce but look at what they gave back by keeping seat#4 occupied for 11 hours keeping the table open and creating a butterfly ripple effect of prosperity that fueled the economy and paid for schools,roads ,ironically police all off the backs of these old grinders who were visionaires laying track for ivy ,negreunu while as a kicker creating entertainment for the tourist fish making his/her vacation more interesting.
There is greater vitality with these guys despite their age as they all enjoy lifes finer things like gambling ,drinking ,strippers obv all still get dingers,i know i got no problem there ask a few ladies on freemont about bigdaddy that would trump a table of internet kids anyday of the week baby.

Speaking of the LotGrinder, there is a dealer at the Aria that looks a lot like him with similar mannerisms. Upon mustering the courage to ask this guy if he was the quasi 2+2 legend. he denied it... though admitted he does get asked that a lot.

Well its 5;30 and im minding my own business sittingt in a locals bar at a crossroads do i start a grind session or do i continue drinking promo -priced beers at the bar and listen to my 5;00 worth of retro jutebox songs play out including mostly one song hangfive rollingstones 7 of 10 .I deciede to have 3 more beers and 10 more songs on jutebox as i plug them i hear a raspy sexy ladies voice say....hey are you artistic buddy or what ....i look over and see a hot 50 year-old lady sitting alone beside one of 4 fireplaces ...i walk over and stick my face out and give her my best magnun pi smile soon were drinking and she tells me about her depressed obese sister i tell her the reason her sister is depressed is becouse shes sexually repressed she looks at me and says who are you dr effin phil as she laughs i notice a rare beuty even though her teeth are yellow and her face wrinkled she has great cleavage and a good body she tells me she looking for work and was a waitress at some place in the Sharha i tell her this city has always celebrated youthful female beuty and shes holding the key to the kingdom with her attractiveness she sits back and drinks up her gin and tonic and says thats sounds stupid but lets have another .
