Blom must've won a decent sized pot because Pokernews chip counts show him rising from 43rd (last place) to 29th place. Showing +180k in chips. I was expecting an update to show a Blom elimination. Glad that's not the case just yet.

Anyone know what happened with that?

Bad for Tice, he's down a decent amount for the summer, at least in live play. Biggest cash between them is Becker for about 20k getting 4th in a Wynn turbo daily.

Maybe the 50K is small stakes if you are playing 3K/6K. That game mostly just goes during the Series now and probably takes some top players away from the events. Still probably the biggest public game around. Wonder who plays it now. Was Brunson, Ivey, Reese, Greenstein, etc. in the old days.

Particularly, with NLHE solvers, the biggest public games are mixed games still and PLO.
