I get that it’s the main event, but I’ll never understand the appeal of a 7 day+ tournament.
It’s Insanity. Especially for an amateur.

That was exactly what you expect to see at the 45 dollar Excalibur daily. Crazy to watch at the main event. Feel bad if he was legitimately misunderstanding things but then how did he get himself in this position to begin with?

EDIT: Never mind, got it on TV but not on my phone. Weird.

Ji didn't knock Salas out, but she left him with crumbs.

Sweet double for Doyle! The perfect river card.

Only thing I can think of is that the floor coming over and talking to him confused the hell out of him, because it seemed like he didn’t know English. And maybe he for some reason thought he had to call as a ruling because he didn’t understand the floor?

not once did the floor ask "do you understand"? that said, that dude didn't stand a chance to make it to dinner break.

of course Norm with the funniest comment possible at the end of the ordeal.

That a6 hand seems like certainly the biggest calling punt ever televised in the main, and I can't think of a bigger one in televised poker generally that didn't at least involve a tank. I hope that was a case of bored billionaire and not dementia or similar.
