I assume they will not bring the American and International winner into the HU match with their actual chip counts, though that would actually be fair.

Same thing you have to do every other year - you have to leave our home state and go where the tournament is being held. Only this year it's even easier than normal, because there are more options. (But flying / hotelling is riskier, of course)
