Does anyone have a clue about viktors approach to the game? We've seen alot of highstakes players talk about how they think etc, but does anyone here have a good input on how viktor thinks. What i think is obvious atleast is that he doesnt seem like on of the GTO/math players but rely more on insticts etc.

I think it's a bit wrongheaded to say that something was "good" back in the day and "standard" now as if there is a "right" move. Blom is good because of the obvious reasons poker players are good. I don't think Patrik Antonius figures out the mathematically correct amount to bet in each situation in analysis. I think he figures out tendencies and reads hands well. It's the same with Blom.

Full Tilt sponsorship no more probably means that he has no money to play with and is depressed.

I fear for the nosebleed cash games if Viktor can't get anymore money. He will pretty much play anyone at anytime. Look at HSBD and you'll see the biggest winners have been just 50k lately and not at least 300k, which routinely happened every day. I know that I've stopped railing anymore because it just isn't interesting without Blom driving the action.
