Need some history.

I never fold the turn. River all depends on the kind of player he is, and the kind of player he thinks you are. If he is a fish tourist and he gave you that speech, I would call. If he thinks you are a fish, I would call. This kind of speech generally means weakness, unless it is some kind of reverse psychology.

I don't see him ever floating TT on the flop, I don't see him calling a 3-bet with QT either. Ofcourse he could have flopped some nice draw like JT, and got there, or he could just have a busted flush draw (tho unlikely 89, 78??? I guess he could call a 3-bet with those hands given how deep you are, again depends on how loose/tight he is).

He could also decide to turn a hand like AK into a bluff when 4 to a broadway came on a turn (again need reads on how creative this villain is).

Play with your chips, stare him down, pick up tells. I think I would lean towards a call. JT is the only hand that really makes sense.
