I actually did that. When I came to the US, I was like ZOMG, a cool million @ McDonalds, which was also cheap and right by my house. After eating nothing but chicken nuggets and fries for a month, I had two glasses to show for it. The glasses were actually pretty cool and one lasted a while, until I found out it wasn't dishwasher safe.
