The Main Event is a weird beast. My experience has seen nittery you simply do not see elsewhere, and in certain spots with certain players you can narrow their holdings to extremely tight range. I'd have to think someone as accomplished as Bowker had good reasons. Hopefully we get more details on actions and stack sizes.

The fold itself is obviously completely ridiculous, but the fact that he folded face-up and seems to have dictated the hand to the reporting himself based on the "According to Kyle Bowker" makes this uniquely cringe-worthy - it's like some bizarre ploy for attention to try to get into the (non-existent) poker Guinness world records or something.

I don't think i'm ever folding quads in that spot... AsQs more likely holding given the action, If he shows up with QsTs so be it. Bowker was left with 100K so probably reasonable fold but feed doesn't say what the shove was for.

I can see certain players taking a line where they can't have bluffs or ace/king high flushes. Doesn't really seem that crazy if it goes bet, raise, all in on river or something and its an opponent who never does that with an ace high flush.
