haha, if youre part of a 1300 open discord group (u dont even need to post) which has a lot of overlap with the zenith group, he will ban you from his discord, website and products and wont be issuing any refunds.

So obviously sharing all those paid ranges is scummy, regardless of the legality. I also didn't care for his snide attitude in the video. Furthermore, removing/denying content that people have already paid for is a big problem, one that will severely damage their reputation.

With that said, I am actually flabbergasted at how crappy some of these paid preflop charts are. I had always assumed they're expensive so they must be good right? But now I think that a lot of these other pros are ripping off novice players by charging huge sums of money for piss-poor products.

Agreed Thomas maybe a dick but some of those carts were trash not just in utility but in overall presentation. The overnight monster chart looked like someone spent 30 minutes in excel

all these scammers also selling preflop charts while other sites offering them for free rofl.

I'm way more concerned about the accusation of false advertising and related fraudulent behavior than showing a few charts, which is a complete non-issue IMO.
