Here I thought there was something new and interesting on this subject matter. Then I find out it’s just a Cretin, someone’s butthurt about the word Cretin and pretty much kids internet fighting ignoring the thread. Haha!

Or could be he was perma-banned in the past, account closed, for some TOS violations, but then re-opened a new account with a slight name change or whatever to skirt the new account reg software. But when you bink a large sum they always investigate your identity before paying out, so could be something like this too.

Party poker said that he was banned for account sharing.
Doing that isn't account sharing, it's multi-accounting - two very different things.

Let's be honest, I wouldn't be calling a poker site the good guys. They take a lot of money off the table; some do a lot of sketchy ****--see GGPoker who seems to ban regs all the time or other sites that have kept players money. I get it, a lot of the people complaining about getting their money stolen lie or forget key information, but the sites are also pretty villainous.

They banned him and confiscated his funds citing he was using AI (given he was a live reg transitioning to online during COVID and didn't even use a hud let alone anything else it was an absurd accusation). They waited 27 days to respond to him and told him countless times they would respond within 3 days.

After a series of tweets and pestering them they have today admitted they were in the wrong and reimbursed him and reopened his account.

But you keep telling us about how everyone in this situation is a confirmed cheater and that the nicey nicey poker sites are never ever in the wrong eh?

Why would party poker do this is they were not 100% confident. They gain nothing.

OP should of read the Matt Vaughn thread from last month. Maybe he could of made a deal at the FT and been lucky enough like Matt, to have the deal still honored even after being disqualified.

OP buys In a tournament for 500$ then wins 160k. They take his 500 + his 160k, snap ban for cheating and are so confident instead of doing investigation they give out 1st money to 2nd.

And ppl are defending the cheater saying he can’t of cheating bc he made a thread on 2+2

Lmao

I find it funny that you're acting all innocent. I know people in the department that flagged you and they have proof that you had help during this game. You were either account sharing (Getting someone to play for you and splitting profits), or you had someone in the room telling you what to do. When you take PartyPoker to court, they will show evidence, and you will have to pay thousands when they win the case and you have to cover their legal fees. Just drop the sharade.

Wait... have you actually seen the evidence then? Please share more, to the extent you can.

I can't tell by this post if you actually work for the site, or if you are simply acquaintances/friends with the people who are. Either way, I understand if you are not at liberty to disclose. Right now, this thread has devolved into a "he said, they said" between the OP and the site.

There is no more "OP" said.... OP has disappeared.

I am curious how PP would find out someone was in the room, if that was indeed what happened.

Correct me if I'm wrong but as long as the account holder is the one who is clicking the buttons does it matter how many people were in the room helping him? Is there a one player to a hand rule for internet poker?

If he was screen sharing on discord and getting help like that it might be a little different but I don't think there's a one player to a hand rule online.

I don't know whether OP is guilty and nor does anyone else in this thread. Having blind faith in poker sites is beyond ******ed. As has been proven to be the case countless times.

If PartyPoker wants to ban people without proper explanation, that's their right. But it makes me less likely to play there. I don't like playing on sites that are in the habit of banning players and giving them no recourse.

Yeah, I think they need to offer a better explanation, or at least one that is not open to interpretation.

OP said they claimed that he gave his account to a third party, does that mean in the past? Would rather they said came out and said, "OP was not the guy playing the tournament." Maybe that is what they mean, but just come out and say it.

I sure don't feel safer with the sites just ripping away money. As far as MTTS go would rather just have anything go and Ill assume whatever risk that entails.

There's only one person who has said he 100% is guilty, and that's a very angry man who can't use capital letters.

HE IS 100% GUILTY

YOU KNOW I'M RIGHT BECAUSE I USED ALL CAPITAL LETTERS

Seriously though, anyone that has been around for a while knows in situations like this, OP is almost always leaving something out or just lying and in turn is guilty.

If it was ACR or some shady off shore site I'd believe OP may not be guilty but Party has nothing to gain by banning / confiscating funds so when they do it, I believe they are doing it because they have irrefutable evidence that OP is guilty.
