I disagree for what I already mentioned. I have zero issue with anyone in the USA playing on bovada regardless of what state you reside in.

repeating yourself doesn't make you suddenly aware of the point you are missing

you don't set the rules based on who you think is ok to break rules and who isn't

if they say you can't play from x region, it is no different than having a rule saying no russians or bots - you're still in violation whether or not you can identify with the person who can't play or not

I stated my opinion on it. You don’t like it, who cares.
Sorry bro.

Played with this dude in the wsop main 2019. He runs some bluff which got called and no one says anything about it cause whatever you gotta bluff sometimes. Someone tries to ask him something after the hand and he automatically assumes the guy was **** talking and starts defending his play when no one even cared. He needs that validation so I guess it makes sense he would stream something like this and get caught.

Sorry bro.
Your opinion of "it's fine for USA players from non approved USA states to play on USA sites but I have a problem with Russians VPNing onto USA sites" is quite laughable.

Repeating it over and over again doesn't make you any less wrong.

And your viewpoint doesn’t make it any more right.
It’s literally an opinion. I dgaf who disagrees with it.

When the rules of blacks having their own water fountains existed, was that “right”? Well surely it had to be, the rules stated it!

The amount paid to Matt was arbitrary. It was supposed to be 115k and 110k, not whatever sum Matt ended up with.

The issue isn't the freeroll, it's that he tried to force Tom's hand. He would have been lucky to get any money, deciding it should be 26k was convenient. Think of it this way - if the numbers in the end were Tom is paid $110,100 , there is no way on Earth Matt tries to settle for his $100.

I think Tom owed Matt his entries and nothing more.

Currently watching. Why does he try and make it sound like Ignition were out of order when he knowingly broke the rules and streamed it

This kid is actually a poker coach at "School of Cards" I wonder if he teaches players how to be shady...I watched some of his vlogs a while back - he's the one who needs the coaching.

No no you misunderstood good guy Tom didn't find the stream and start talking to him until the very first hand of HU conveniently and coincidentally so because it would bother me a lot if I was on this FT and found out the the characters who finished 1st and 2nd were able to chat it up behind our backs for 6 figures of equity. Maybe the kid earned his 15k or whatever he got.

You’re a ****ing moron.

He wasn’t using a VPN. So thanks for making my case yet again.

You can play in a “banned” state WITHOUT a VPN. You need residency in a “allowed” STATE and you’re golden.

So I live in NY, but I move to NJ. I never update my license , but I can now grind full time on bovada in NJ despite me living there.

Someone who lives in NJ can’t open an account ... yet I live there and can play. That’s why I don’t care if anyone from any state within this country plays on Bovada.

Thus your stupid arguments of Russians using VPNS is moot, since they don’t live here.

This is not true.

That’s incorrect.
When I go to NJ and login it says “traveling member? Login”

And I asked support if you can still play and they said yes.

I live in NY and routinely play on PS in NJ and PA with a NY ID/Acc't as long as I'm physically in the allowed states I'm able to play.

I didn't say he was using a VPN! What I'm saying is you can't be annoyed at Russians circumventing jurisdiction laws and think it's okay for Americans to do the same. It's hypocrisy.

You edited your original post. Luckily I quoted and replied to it. Go back and read what you wrote.

It’s not hypocrisy saying Russians VPNing to US sites isnt the same as US players playing inside the US.
My view point is you can’t (or shouldn’t be allowed to) tell people within a country that they can or cannot play because of the state they reside in. Countries is something entirely different.

I think it’s a joke that I can play on WSOPNJ if I drive 2 hours to their border, but I can’t play while home.

And I already stated it’s an even bigger joke that I can live in NY, travel temporarily to NJ and still play Bovada 24/7 , AND I can actually MOVE to NJ and live there and play, just because I had lived in a “non banned” state. I think any rational person would agree that’s just stupid.

To think States shouldn't have rights or different laws is completely at odds with the US constitution and other countries versions of such.
