They recently hired ALLinPav as an MTT coach. He plays midstakes MTT's and hilariously is actually winning the last 3 years. The problem is its not because he is good at poker its because he is just a fish on a mega heater, and when I say fish I mean a micro stakes level fish. He babbles on about GTO and studying and shilling all ICmizer and everything but if anyone has ever watched him play its clear he's just a button clicking fish who mainly plays from feel.

His whole poker game revolves around playing weak tight, blinding down to 3bb waiting to pick up hands, while butchering every second hand he plays. (with the occasional mega punt thrown in when he tries to play LAG) He has little idea about basics like SPR let alone ICM and proper pre flop ranges. Its comedy watching him play while arrogantly acting like he's a crusher. That's all cool until he's taking peoples money to 'coach' them while being unqualified. I would have expected a credible place like Upswing to have better standards. Clearly not. Some proof. Mind you, two years ago he declared on Joeys podcast that he was a better MTT player than Doug Polk. Let you be the judge of that.

There are lots of other classics like XR bluffing the chip leader off a 10bb stack or folding KQs off 5bb in bb vs bu in a turbo, but you get the idea. This dude is literally one of the worst poker players I have ever seen and he's a coach.

upswing doesnt give a **** if the guy is a good player, as far as I can tell this guy is a streamer with lots of followers and for upswing, selling **** is all that matters even if it's bad quality and it's been like this since the beginning

When you put yourself out there by streaming over 40+ hours a week for several years there’s bound to be a few misplayed hands. Although some of your ‘gotchas’ don’t seem that bad to me. For instance the ‘Elite Trapping’ screen grab looks like he opened KK and got two callers, not sure what you’re talking about tbh.

That KK hand I thought he flatted in sb. He often doesn't 3bet KK and AA though typical trappy live reg fish mentality. There are misplayed hands, and then there are hands so misplayed they expose a totally clueless fish view of poker which these hands do.

That first hand clearly proves he has no idea about big blinds and stack sizes, which is why he constantly flicks back and forth between bb's and chips because fish like to see their stacks in chips. Folding there is not even a thing for a 2005 player, he should be jamming almost any 2 there.

That AQdd hand, he sat there on turn saying maybe he should have raised flop because he can't call a turn jam, as if he started playing poker last week. Let alone not understanding he had pot odds to call directly even vs KK. I could find just as many awful hands in any stream he does daily. This is normal poker for him not rare. People pay hard earned money for coaching so imo its sort of a problem. Clearly not for some people. He does have a cult following so no surprise.

No idea why you keep saying two years. You must have me confused with all the other people who think he's a fish also. I'm sure he appreciates your twitch sub though. Yes I am sort of happy he is helping keep mtt's lol soft but he still needs to be exposed.

While some hands looks bad and I wouldn't pay any money for coaching from this guy, most of the hands posted are pretty small mistakes, the first hand with 55 is even a clear cut fold with how icm works.

Surprised if 55 is a clear fold, I guess maybe if you want to get Hu with a 2bb stack.
